7. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to process and deliver orders within 2 business days.

Delivery charges will be applied based on your location and the weight of the order.

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

In case of damaged or missing items, please notify us within 1 days of receiving the order.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel an order before it has been shipped. After shipment, cancellation will not be accepted.

In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method after we verify the issue.

Refunds are not applicable for perishable items unless damaged.

We offer returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Non-perishable goods must be returned within 2 days of delivery. Perishable items cannot be returned.
