Return and Refund Policy for Gyanpurclub

At Gyanpurclub, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This Return and Refund Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for products purchased through our website or mobile app.


2. Eligibility for Returns

4. Return Process

Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping: If your return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you may be responsible for return shipping.

5. Refund Process


Refund Eligibility: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility for a refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds: If the returned product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund.

6. Exchanges


We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Cancellations


Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may initiate a return upon receiving the product.
